Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 308, 111, 3(5), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 4. On 09.12.2024, house of co-accused Sandeep Pramanik was raided. The police recovered eight live cartridges and naxal literatures from his house. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Sandeep Pramanik, who has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 2791 of 2025. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S.
