By order dated 22.11.2024, this Court directed that status quo be maintained regarding any transfer of the specified property until the next returnable date. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that direction be given to maintain this status quo until further order. Considering this fact that this Court has already appointed an Arbitrator and the parties are directed to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 10.04.2025, the status quo order will continue till 10.04.2025. The petitioner is permitted to move appropriate application under the provision of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitrator for extension of the impugned status quo order, if so advised.
