This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 8.1.2025, in Case Crime No. 5 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Parasram Pur, District Basti. 3. Although learned counsel for the informant has served copy of the counter affidavit along with stay vacation application, however, Sri Jai Narain, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 1 of 2025 has been forwarded on 26.2.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
