Petitioner submitted an information to the Inspector-in-charge, Haroa Police Station as also the Officer-in-charge, Laugachhi Beat House. The said representation was dated 02.04.2023. Petitioner alleged in the representation that since they resisted the act of the accused persons they had to face threats at the hands of the criminals who brandished deadly weapons including firearms. Mr. Asim Kr. Ganguli, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the State. Having considered the nature of the accusations so made I direct that if the petitioner faces the same inconvenience, petitioner will file a fresh representation which on receipt, the Inspector- in-charge, Haroa Police Station will act in accordance with law. 2 With the aforesaid observations WPA 9194 of 2023 is disposed of.
