The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 6408455 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 475 of 2018, under Sections 147, 323, 352, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Jagdishpura, District- Agra, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 06.11.2018 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 7, Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application has become infructuous due to compromise between the parties before the trial court.
