GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 14985 of 2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the Respondent No.3 in interfering in the dispute pending between the petitioners and Respondent Nos.4 and 5 and others pertaining to property to an extent of Ac.4.82 Cents in Sy.No.58/3, of Idimepalli Village, Venkatachalam Mandal, Nellore District as illegal, arbitrary and colorable exercise of their powers and violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 not to interfere with the dispute in between the petitioners and Respondents Nos.4 and 5 pertaining to land to an extent of Ac.4.82 Cents in Sy.No.58/3, of Idimepalli Village, Venkatachalam Mandal, Nellore District and pass…” 2. The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent-Police not to call the petitioner to the Police Station and also not to interfere into to the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 and 5. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions would submit that the matter in the present petition is purely civil in nature and the respondent-Police have never called the petitioner to the Police Station and are not interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents herein. 4. Recording the same, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to call the petitioner to the Police Station and also not to interfere into the civil disputes between both the parties without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
