BALLA RAVINDRANATH & SAVITHRI DEVI 2 The Court made the following Common Judgment: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ninala Jayasurya) The present batch of appeals have been filed against a common order dated 21.01.2016 in L.A.O.P.Nos.351, 350, 349, 347 and 348 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District. 2. Heard Sri T.S.Rayulu, learned Government Pleader for Appeals. Also heard Smt.Savithri Devi, learned counsel for the respondents, who appeared through online. 3. At the time of considering the appeals, it is noted that, in respect of the acquisition of lands in Mandaluru Village for the purpose of excavation of 46R Minor Distributory in Block No.21 of Telugu Ganga Project, a batch of appeals came up for consideration before a co-ordinate bench of this Court and after detailed consideration, vide orders dated 10.07.2025 in L.A.A.S.No.409 of 2016 and batch, the market value of Rs.1,00,000/- per acre, as fixed by the Reference Court, was not interfered with. 4. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, the present batch of appeals are liable to be dismissed and the same are accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
