The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that earlier an enquiry was pending on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent and the same was closed. Subsequently, the third respondent has given another complaint against the petitioner, in which, the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week. 3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the third respondent. 4.
