ORDER The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner on or before 30.12.2025. 2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that in case, the petitioner makes a work site inspection, such a certificate would be issued. On verification of the same, the authorities are directed to issue the certificates concerned on 26.12.2025. 5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
