Without commenting upon the merits of the allegations leveled in the writ petition, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Station House Officer, Police Station Doda, who shall look into the grievances of the petitioner and in the event, the grievances of the petitioner are found to be genuine, then SHO Doda shall proceed in accordance with law. 3.
