No. L.Dis/L4/682of 2022 within a specified period of 3 months and pass such other order. 2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred an ROR appeal in Roc. No. L.Dis/L4/682 of’2022 before the 3rd respondent, seeking for detailed enquiry by the 4th respondent to record the petitioner’s possession of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 1-17 cents in Sy. No. 280/10 instead of Sy. No. 280/11. The said appeal is still pending before the 3rd respondent, i.e., the Joint Collector. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents’ authorities will consider the appeal vide Roc. No. L.Dis/L4/682 of 2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents’ authorities to dispose of the appeal in Roc.No. L.Dis/L4/682 of 2022 preferred by the 3 petitioner, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. Sd/- P.
