ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the 3rd Respondent in unlawful interference of the Hachery activity and preventing to carry the Hatchery activity of petitioner situated at Sy No 328 329/B Kudithi Palem Village Indukuripet Mandal SPSR Nellore District calling the petitioner to secure forceful presence at 3rd respondent office to settle the civil dispute covered by O S No 35

of 2020 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Nellore at the behest of 4th respondent further continuously harassing him at despite there are no crimes Registered against the petitioner with the aid and assistance of 5th respondent being native of village to cause unlawful prevention in the activities of Hatchery as wholly illegal arbitrary violative of Article 191g 21 300A of the Constitution of India Human Rights contrary to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to interfere with the Hatchery activity in all respects including the petitioner personal life and liberty”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
