Learned senior counsel Mr. Lahiri appears for the opposite party and submits that the interim order in this case has expired on 24th December, 2024 and no prayer for extension of interim order has been made by the petitioner. It is further stated that the opposite party being the wife is suffering for such conduct of the husband/petitioner. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issues in the present revision before the appropriate forum. Revisional application being CRR 1405 of 2023 stands disposed of. Pending applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court at once.
