JUSTICE UMA SHANKER VYAS Judgment / Order 28/05/2025 Heard on the application filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (“BNSS”) seeking correction/modification in the order passed by this Court dated 23.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that in the order dated 23.05.2025, due to typographical error, the vehicle number has been inadvertently mentioned as “RJ-04-NC- 6444”, whereas it should have been “RJ-14-NC-6444”, therefore, the same may be corrected. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order dated 23.05.2025 wherever vehicle number is mentioned, it may read as RJ-14-NC- 6444 in place of RJ-04-NC-6444.
