Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 149/2024, arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No. 30/2024, Corresponding to G.R Case No. 268/2024, for the offence under sections 366/376(2)(n)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.10923 of 2024 by order dated 14.02.2025. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with two victims, who are sisters. The relationship was established on the pretext of marriage. It is apparent that the petitioner by fraud has obtained consent for physical relationship from the victims. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
