This Court has passed following order on 4.2.2025 in Writ-A No.1313 of 2025, Pravakta Adhikar Munch and 15 Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & 2 Ors, Neutral Citation No.2025:AHC:15075: "1. Sri Saurabh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State- Respondents, fairly submits that grievance with regard to promotion of petitioners will be considered in the light of averments made in this writ petition as well as representations annexed alongwith this writ petition. 2. Sri M.M. Sahai, learned counsel for petitioners submits that on basis of above submission this writ petition may be disposed of. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, considering that facts of present case requires that concerned respondent may take a reasoned decision so that there may be clarity on the grievance of petitioners, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that concerned respondent will consider this writ petition as a representation on behalf of petitioners and pass a reasoned decision in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today, if there is no legal impediment." 3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of aforesaid order. 4.
