This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No.135 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 361, 363(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of informant is residing in the house of the petitioner peacefully and happily after performing marriage with him. The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. 4. Learned counsel for the informant has no Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14142 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 objection if petitioner is granted bail. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Court of POCSO-cum-VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below, in connection with Sanokhar P.S.
