Vashishat, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record copy of office order dated 15.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC, Una, District Una, Himachal Pradesh, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid office order, which is taken on record, this Court finds that pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed, subject to audit by the HRTC/AG. Learned counsel representing the respondents states that consequential benefits on account of aforesaid compliance, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law in case consequential benefits are not released within the time 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 stipulated by this Court.
