By this writ petition, the petitioner has put to challenge the Office Memorandum dated 18th September, 2024 issued by the Personnel (B) Department, Government of Assam. 3. Similar writ petitions were also filed challenging the said Office Memorandum dated 18.09.2024 and were disposed of by a Common Order dated 03.04.2025 and the leading case was WP(C)/342/2025. 4. Learned counsel for the parties, submits that this writ petition is also covered by the Order dated 03.04.2025 passed in WP(C)/342/2025 and other batch of writ petitions. 5. Accordingly, it is directed that the present writ petition shall also be covered by the directions passed by this Court in WP(C)/342/2025 and other batch of writ petitions by the Order dated 03.04.2025. 6.
