2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad.

Co-accused Raj Kumar Dutta and Mukesh Saw enticed 46 persons to handover their documents of identification and other documents and misused the same by getting about 160 vehicles financed in the name of the victims. They did not pay the monthly installments of those financed vehicles. It is alleged that the vehicles in question were sent to the co-accused Nathani Tarun Ashok @ Ashok Tarun Bhai Nathani in Gujarat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he has any hand in committing the aforesaid offence.
5. Mr. Sanat Kumar Jha, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that no role of the petitioner has been specified in the aforesaid occurrence.
6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 212 of
2024.
