2. The present criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief(s):
“It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Criminal Revision and quash/set-aside the order dated 03.04.2018 passed by family Court Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No. 102/2017, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter has become infructuous as the parties have amicably settled their dispute.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, instance criminal revision stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
5. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the original record as well as the certified copy of this order to the concerned Family Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action. -
