This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Vikas Rajbhar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 218 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 87, 137(2) B.N.S. and Section 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Nonhara, District Ghazipur. 4. Learned counsel for the State points out that the applicant has criminal history of one case and as such paragraph 22 of the affidavit stating that the applicant has no criminal history is a false averment. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better petition. 6.
