Perusal of the same reveals that petitioner’s mother suffered fracture on her hip bone for which she was operated upon and petitioner had sought parole for post-operative care of his mother. 3. The representation was made in 2021. Four years have gone by since petitioner made the representation. 4. The parole was for a definite purpose and the purpose for which parole was sought, is no more relevant. 5. Thus, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
