No. 75 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu is present before this Court physically and similarly, learned counsel for the respondent, Mr. RK Milan is also present before this Court physically. But, it does not arise for consideration of the reasons stated in the contempt proceeding for awarding punishment. Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this contempt proceeding does not survive for consideration and consequently, becomes infructuous.
