The petitioner, namely, Ranus Uddin @ Ranu, son of Ataur Rahman, resident of Village- Telitikor, Part II, P.S. Katigorah, District-Cachar, has filed this application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Badarpur P.S. Case No. 234/2024 registered under Sections 22(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act, 1985. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel is not pressing this pre- arrest bail application.
