ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4506 of 2025 on 28.02.2025, wherein this Court passed the following order:
“….As the amount of Rs.13,35,536/- payable to the petitioner has been admitted by respondent No.2 in his instructions dated 27.02.2025, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to release amount of Rs.13,35,536/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs, Thirty Five Thousand, Five Hundred and Thirty Six Rupees only) to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Devasri Roshan,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4506 of 2025 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, prays to close the contempt case.
3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
