The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Saria P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/118(1)/109(1)/304/324(4)/351(2)/3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Babita Mittal, learned J. M. 1st Class, Giridih. On 07.05.2025 at about 5:00 P.M., there was free fight between the accused persons and the informant party over felling of tree. Three persons of the informant side sustained injuries. It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Babita Mittal, learned J.
