Ms. Sonal Sinha Ms. Munmun Ganguly …for the State. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the seized cars and all other vehicles of the police authorities are being parked at a plot of land which the petitioner claims to be his own. Learned advocate submits that number of vehicles have been dumped for which it is impossible for the petitioner to demarcate the said plot of land. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the South Eastern Division of Kolkata Police has already earmarked Bantala Dumping Yard. As such the police authorities may on certain occasions park the vehicles but that is not regular feature according to the report so submitted. Be that as it may, police authorities would ensure that the petitioner do not face any inconvenience because of parking and/or dumping 2 vehicles at the plot of land which he claims to be his own. No inconveniences be caused to the petitioner if the petitioner has proper documents for demarcating his land. With the aforesaid observations WPA 9365 of 2025 is disposed of.
