He further undertakes that the elections of the aforesaid Nagar Panchayat for the Posts of President and other office bearers shall be conducted on 10.02.2025, with all fairness. 4. Following submissions have been made in the aforesaid short affidavit:- “4. That the deponent further submits that the Election for President (Pardhan) Nagar Panchayat Nadala and other office bearers as has been Scheduled for 10.02.2025 shall be conducted in free and fair manner under the supervision of the deponent who shall supervise the same and be physically present for the same. 5. That the deponent further undertakes that requisite intimations/ instructions and preparations shall be made so as to allow the members to come forward to participate and hold said meeting, shall be provided with adequate security and all necessary steps shall be undertaken that no untoward incident will take place in the meeting. 6. That adequate directions and correspondence have been issued by the deponent to the concerned all Police Authorities i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Dy. Superintendents of Police, and Stations House Officers, Kapurthala. Stating therein that adequate security shall be provided at the place of meeting and to the Members participating in the meeting so that it is ensured that no ruckus takes place in and around the place of meeting prior to, during or after aforesaid meeting. True copy of the same is appended herewith as Annexure R-3/T. 7. That the deponent further undertakes that the entire proceedings of the aforesaid meeting shall be Videographed properly and record of the same shall be duly preserved by his office. 8. That the deponent further submits that the present Civil Writ Petition is not maintainable in its present form as no prejudiced has occurred to the petitioner and the said petition is made on ill-will. 9.
