Petitioners’ grievance is that their representations (Annexure P-3 Colly. in all petitions) seeking applicability of the decision rendered in Hem Raj Vs. State of H.P. and Others1, have not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be content, if the cases of the petitioners are considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, these petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners (Annexure P-3 Colly.) in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at, shall also be communicated to the petitioners. These writ petitions stand disposed of in the above terms.
