Petitioner is presently serving as Medical Officer Incharge in PHC Dharara, Block Tikkar, District Shimla, stated to be difficult rural area/sub cadre area. His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure at the present place, he preferred a representation on 23.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondents /competent authority, seeking his transfer to 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - a station of choice. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
