This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.736 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.58 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025. 2. This Court by an order dated 13.08.2025 directed the petitioners to stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that because of the stay of the petitioners at Nagapattinam, their livelihood is very much affected and they have been complying with the conditions of this Court from 24.08.2025 till date. 4.
