For Petitioner : Mr.S.Arunachalam For Respondent : Mr.S.C.Herold Singh 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.(MD)No.2084 of 2025 ORDER This contempt petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor/Respondent for wilfully disobeying and not complying with the order of this Court dated 06.09.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.19846 of 2017. 2.The above said writ petition has been filed by the Transport Corporation as against the award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.38 of 2015 dated 29.02.2016 setting aside the punishment imposed as against the member of the Trade Union. This Court by its order dated 06.09.2024 has dismissed the said writ petition. Aggrieved by the same, the Transport Corporation has not filed any writ appeal and therefore, the order passed in the writ petition has become final.
