Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated 17.12.2024 by this court and in pursuant to the directions of this court he has co-operated with Investigating Officer. 3. In view of submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.12.2024 is hereby made absolute with a condition that the petitioner with condition No.II attached to the aforesaid order remained intact.
