By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Azizul Mondal, son of Surat Jamal Mondal, resident of Village-Debottor Khopati Part-II, P.S.- Kajigaon, District-Kokrajhar is seeking bail in Special (POCSO) Case No.157/2024 arising out of Kazigaon P.S. Case No.21/2024, registered under Section 376(3) IPC, read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, wherein he was arrested on 24.06.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. M A Mondal, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. P.
