Heard Sri Abdul Md. Subhani, learned counsel representing Ms. C.Sindhu Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1. 3. On hearing the submissions on both sides, it transpires that in this gap of five years, the Investigating Officer must have proceeded with the investigation. In these circumstances, with the following directions, this criminal petition could be disposed of. 4. Respondents are at liberty to complete the investigation and file necessary police report, if it was not filed before the Court concerned. No coercive steps shall be taken by the investigative agency as against petitioner by virtue of investigative outcome. All the contentions raised by the petitioner herein are left to his liberty to be contested either before the trial Court or by an appropriate application before any appropriate Court. 4.
