The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to respondent No.2 to enter his name in the computerized RTC. 2. The petitioner is also seeking for a writ of prohibition to restrain the respondents from interfering or dispossessing the petitioner from the property in question. 3. It is noticed that the petitioner has, in fact, preferred an appeal to the Assistant Commissioner in the R.A.(YLK) No.689/2024 seeking for the very same relief. 4. In my view, in the light of the fact that the petitioner is before the Assistant Commissioner, the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:11922 WP No. 8032 of 2025 appropriate Forum to pursue the said appeal and entertaining of this Writ Petition would be unnecessary. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. 5. Petitioner is reserved liberty to pursue the appeal that he has filed before the Assistant Commissioner in R.A.(YLK) No.689/2024 and the petitioner is also at liberty to seek for any interim relief that he thinks necessary before the Assistant Commissioner. 6. It is also open for the petitioner to avail of any remedy available to him including approaching of the Civil Court. 7.
