This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not processing and disposing of the petitioner’s application No.NLCR250520026504 dated 20.05.2025 for conversion of the petitioner’s agricultural land admeasuring an extent of Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.7/1 of Rallakuppam Village, Sathyavedu Mandal, tirupati District into non-agricultural purpose as illegal and arbitrary. 2. During hearing, learned Government Pleader placed on record the Endorsement Rc.A2.696/2025 dated 03.06.2025 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sullurpeta, wherein it is submitted that the petitioner has not submitted the dotted land regularization proceedings to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sullurupeta and further the said lands are under acquisition and requisitioned by the Zonal Manager, APIIC for the purpose of establishment of Industrial Park, therefore the application of the petitioner for conversion of land in Sy.No.7/1B to an extent of Ac.1-00 cents from Agriculture to Non-Agriculture is rejected. 3. Pursuant to the rejection order vide Endorsement dated 03.06.2025 issued by the Revenue Divisional officer, Sullurpeta, learned counsel for the 3 petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to challenge the subsequent proceedings. 4. In view of the specific request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the subsequent proceedings, if advised. 5.
