HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU CPSW No. 225/2013 in SWP No. 1630/2010 Hazara Singh …..Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s) Through: None. Vs Shaleen Kabra & Anr. .…. Respondent(s) Through: None. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDER (08.09.2025) The instant contempt petition has been listed after a pretty long time as it was lastly listed on 04.06.2013 at the motion stage, when notice was directed to be issued, however, despite indicating the name of the counsel for the petitioner in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the order sought to be enforced may have been implemented to the satisfaction of the petitioner, as such, petitioner remains unrepresented. Be that as it may, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and the proceedings are dropped, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival/restoration of the petition, in case, cause survives. (M A CHOWDHARY) JUDGE Jammu 08.09.2025 Renu. Serial No.14 Renu Bala 2025.09.08 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
