By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR bearing Crime No. 6/2023 registered at Police Station, Mahila Thana, Bilaspur for the offences under Sections 498-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on 09.01.2023 alongwith the charge sheet and the consequential criminal proceedings bearing Criminal Case No. 2521/2023 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bilaspur. 3. Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondent No. 1 submits that the charges have already been framed in this case against the petitioners and the matter is fixed for evidence of the prosecution on 04.04.2025. 4. In view of the above submission, Ms. Maity, learned counsel for the petitioner submits she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order framing charges against the petitioners. 5. Learned counsel appearing for other side have no objection. 6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to law, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order framing charges by the learned trial Court.
