ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"(a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, directing the 4th Respondent not to take nay coercive action and harass the Petitioner in the guise of frivolous inquiry/investigation based on the false complaint filed by the 5th Respondent. (b) Call for records of all documents pertaining to the Enquiry/Investigation conducted by the 4th Respondent Police Station pertaining to the complaint tendered by the 5th respondent.
And/or in the alternative;
(c) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of declaration declaring the course of enquiry being conducted by the 4th Respondent as illegal and an abuse of process of law. (d) Pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Heard Smt. Keerthana Nagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Rahul Cariappa, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents No.1 to 4. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions would submit that they are not pursuing the

petition so registered against the petitioners, three months ago. 4. The submission is placed on record. 5. In the light of the said submission, it is needless to observe that the respondent - Police shall not harass the petitioner in view of the CCB report.
