By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/order or suitable direction to the Respondent authorities to produce record for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order or suitable direction for quashing the notices dt. 09/04/2025 and 23/04/2025, issued by Tahsildar directing for handing over possession of the bhumiswami land to the respondent Korno Ram. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary relief by issuing any other suitable writ, direction or order, deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of petition.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the Board of Revenue has passed order dated 17.1.2024 which has not been challenged, but, it could not be challenged due to the long ailment of the son of the petitioner, who has subsequently expired. Now, the Tahsildar has issued notice in compliance with the order dated 17.1.2024 passed by the Board of Revenue, as such the petitioner is seeking only 15 days’ time so that he may approach before the concerned Court by filing a suitable application applicable under the law. 3 3. Till 15 days, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 23.4.2025 passed by the Tahsildar. It is made clear that if till 15 days, no order of any competent Court is obtained, this order will lose its efÏcacy after 15 days. 4.
