Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicants and also heard Ms. P. Borthakur, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. It is submitted that by an order dated 16.09.2019, passed in I.A(Civil) No. 2034/2018, the appellant was directed to deposit 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. 3. In pursuant to the said direction, the respondents have deposited an amount of Rs. 4,18,000/- before the Registry of this Court. 4. By filing this application, the applicants/claimants prays for allowing them to withdraw the said deposited amount. 5. Ms. Borthakur, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 6. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 4,18,000/- to the claimant Nos. 1 & 2, namely, Mustt. Sarifa Begum and Mustt.
