Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State- respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayers:- "i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent to correct the Date of Birth in service book 06.09.1969 in place of 06.09.1964. ii). further seeking relief nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to not to interfere peaceful service as homeguard as permit to join their duty in pursuance of 06.09.1969 to pay the salary month to month and back wages which is due upon Respondent." 3. It is argued that representations were made by the petitioner before the competent authority but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioner will submit a representation before the concerned competent authority, he will pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation ventilating all his grievances before concerned competent authority, along with all relevant documents and papers on which the petitioner are making reliance and a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the representation is filed within the stipulated period, the concerned competent authority will pass appropriate orders most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of representation.
