W.P(MD)No.33491 of 2025 2.The petitioner is the owner of the petition-mentioned land. He entered into an agreement with the respondents 6 and 7 and permitted them to install a cellphone towers in his land. The lease period has long since expired. For the last six years, they are not paying any rent. The petitioner called upon them to remove the cellphone tower. Since the licensees did not respond, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.As on date, the cellphone towers have become disfunctional. The petitioner is permitted to dismantle the petition-mentioned cellphone towers and sell the resulting scrap and appropriate the sale proceeds towards his dues from the respondents 6 and 7. The petitioner shall send one more communication to the respondents 6 and 7. This order copy shall also be enclosed along with the said communication. Such a communication shall be issued by the petitioner within a period of one day after receipt of the order copy. The petitioner shall wait for exactly fifteen days after the receipt of the said communication. If the respondents 6 and 7 have any grievance, they are entitled to file a review application before this Court immediately. This order can be enforced by 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
