Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that only Rs. 70,000/- remained to be paid towards the interest which was payable for the loan which the petitioner had taken. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank however states that around Rs.13,00,000/- were payable. Since there is a disputed question of fact involved in this case as to what was the amount which was to be paid by the petitioner, we consider it appropriate that the petitioner may approach the relevant forum provided under the Securitisation And Reconstruction Of Financial Assets And Enforcement Of Security Interest Act, 2002.
