The operative portion of the Common Order dated 04.12.2024 passed in WP No.23742 of 2018 & batch reads as under: “In the light of the aforementioned submissions made by the learned counsel representing both sides, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the Respondent-Government to look into the proposal which was sent by the Respondent-Society for the regularisation of the 2 Petitioners and to take appropriate decision in the light of the judgments of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Umadevi’s case (supra) and Vinod Kumar’s case (supra), within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.” 4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Common Order dated 04.12.2024 passed in WP No.23742 of 2018 & batch. No order as to costs.
