JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 13/08/2026 The present petitions have been filed being aggrieved of the recruitment process on the post of Physical Training Instructor, in College Education Department. (2 of 2) [CW-18606/2025] Learned counsel for respondent-RPSC has submitted that RPSC found the petitioners ineligible and not fulfilling the terms and conditions of the advertisement, as they were not in possession of degree/mark-sheet qua final year, on the last date of submission of the application. As per the petitioners they were in possession of the requisite qualification prior to the interview, which was in consonance with the governing rules, the settled position of law, and the terms of the advertisement. Thus, they were provisionally permitted to appear in the said recruitment process. In the facts and circumstances before adverting with the merits of the case, let the result of all the petitioners be furnished before the Court, in a sealed cover envelope, to evaluate the matter. List these matters on 21.08.2026 in the supplementary cause list along with S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5080/2026.
