This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing the applicant to withdraw a sum of Rs. 1,89,750/- being deposited by the opposite party before the registry of this court, pursuant to order of this court dated 03.06.2024, passed in I.A.(Civil) No. 102/2022. Page No.# 2/2 Mr. Goswami, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that he has no objection if the deposited amount is released after execution of a bond by the applicant herein. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that the amount deposited before the registry of this court shall be released in favour of the applicant on his executing a bond of equal amount.
