The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.25030 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15993 of 2024 on 18.11.2024 is totally relaxed.
